About Us
I embarked on my coffee journey when I was just 17, starting as a barista. During my first year of college, I delved even deeper into the world of coffee by enrolling in a specialized course centered on a coffee cooperative affiliated with the university. As time passed, coffee gradually became an inseparable part of my identity, leading me to assist professors with their research endeavors and participate in the school’s coffee projects based in Guatemala. This immersive experience enabled me to develop hands-on expertise in cultivating and harvesting sustainable coffee using sustainable methods. My transformative experience in San Lucas Tolimán not only instilled in me a profound admiration for Guatemalan coffee but also served as the catalyst for launching my own coffee venture with a mission to promote ethical coffee consumption.

I finally got around to grinding your daughers coffee and drinking it this morning. I think I'm used to drinking coffee that is bitter and this coffee was super smooth.
